Desiree, known as Lady Des and Coach Des, is a woman with a powerful and uplifting voice who delivers inspiration, empowerment, and motivation to women, men, & teens.

A former teen mom, Desiree has overcome a life of poverty and an impoverished mindset by the grace of God.  From getting pregnant at 15 to having her first child at 16, and dropping out of high school at 17, Desiree is transparent about the struggles she faced growing up.  She also shares what it was like growing up in a home where her mother experienced domestic abuse. Although Desiree saw her mother nearly killed by her stepfather, she also found herself in a domestic violent relationship as a teen.

Over the past twenty years, Desiree has dominated the entrepreneur business world of stage play productions, motivational speaking, writers coaching, personal development coaching igniting flames in others to plan, pursue and produce. At the heart of her ministry and mission is to ignite flames in others.

​

Desiree and her community extension feed families for Thanksgiving, provide blankets for the homeless and care packs and backpacks for young children in school.

​

​Desiree travels extensively, sharing words of inspiration to empower children, teens, and women. She challenges her audience to never give up on themselves even if others don’t believe in you.
